COUNTY COMMISSIONER BRIAN BIGALOW
TO ADDRESS THE COMMUNITY COUNCIL OF LEHIGH ACRES

Lehigh Acres, Florida, June 4, 2009, – Members and guests of the Community Council of Lehigh Acres will hear from County Commissioner Brian Bigalow at their monthly Council meeting to be held on June 15th.  Commissioner Bigalow will discuss the economic impact of the County’s budget issues on Lehigh Acres and other unincorporated communities in Lee County. Commissioner Bigalow will also provide an update to the community on the two road widening projects on Homestead and the $18 Million in Neighborhood Stabilization Stimulus funding earmarked for Lehigh Acres.    The public is welcome and encouraged to attend.  This monthly community gathering begins with informal greetings and meetings of fellow citizens at 6 p.m. followed by the meeting at 6:30 p.m. at New Image Ministry located at 29 Homestead Road in Lehigh. 

In addition to the guest speaker, the Council will conduct their monthly meeting which addresses concerns of Lehigh Acres citizens.
