Truck Parking Information for Lehigh
The location of the truck parking lot is;

The lot is next to the Waste Treatment Plant,
behind the vacant "News Star" building on Lee Blv'd.

Rules for
Truck Parking in Lehigh Acres
The Code reads as follows :
Section 34-1181. Trucks and Commercial Vehicles in Residentially Zoned
Districts.
Except for daytime deliveries or service calls, the following types of
trucks or commercial vehicles may not be parked or stored on any lot zoned RS,
RSA, RSC, TFC, TF, RM, MH, RV, PUD, RPD, RVPD, MHPD or the residential portion
of a MPD ;
1.) A tractor trailer or semi-trailer truck; or
2.) A truck with two or more rear axles; or
3.) A truck with a Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR) in excess of 12,000
pounds; or
4.) Any truck or trailer combination resulting in a combined GVWR in excess of
12,000 pounds.
Listed are the definitions of the above codes;
RS - Residential Single Family.
RSA- Residential Single Family Proposed.
RSC - Residential Single Family Conservation District, ( Captiva.)
TFC - Two Family Homes, ( Duplex, etc.)
TF - Two Family Homes w/ Variable Lot Sizes.
RM - Residential Multi-Family. (More Than A Duplex.)
MH - Mobile Home District.
RV - Recreational Vehicle District.
PUD - Planned Unit Development. (NO LONGER USED, OBSOLETE)
RPD - Residential Planned Development.
RVPD - Recrerational Vehicle Planned Development.
MHPD -Moble Home Planned Development.
MPD - Mixed used Planned Development. |
